As a hair designer of six years, Lauren is a master of hair, going above and beyond her client’s expectations. Lauren moved to Portland last year to set out on a new adventure. She came from the premier salon in Cincinnati, Ohio, where she had a loyal clientele established.

In 2008, out of thirty stylists she received the “Outstanding Achievement Award” through her previous salon. This was a great achievement for her first year at the salon. Lauren specializes in color, haircutting, dry haircutting, updos, and styling.

She has had extensive continuing education with Bumble and Bumble, Vidal Sassoon, Goldwell and Wella on a monthly basis, and has attended inspiring hair shows hosted by famous hair stylist Nic Arrojo. Lauren sees “doing hair” as more than making people look beautiful. To her it is an art, and the client is a walking artwork.

It is an opportunity to create with another person. To have a vision and see it manifest and come to life. Doing hair gives her and the client an opportunity to connect, to heal, and to have a unique experience of recognizing the inner and outer beauty in each of us. Lauren is greatly known for designing beautiful hair, and for her ability to truly listen and take the time to educate each client. She is also a Reiki Master/Teacher, and Master of Crystalogy Energy Healing. When Lauren is not in the salon, she loves spending time with her husband, camping, dancing, meditating, being artistic, and connecting with family and friends.
